Previously, this client had a bespoke oak bonket made for their dining table by someone else. Since having had alterations done to the surrounding area it didn't fit. To solve the problem I made two infill pieces to match the existing bonket. They had open backs for access to sockets in the wall through the doors. Small holes were drilled in the top so phone chargers could be plugged in. The two pieces were finished with Osmo oil and tie into the area seamlessly.
