The first thing we did was to strip all the walls back to the studs. Reveal cracks in the walls and repair them using heli-bars.

Next on the agenda was leveling the floor to alleviate the sag in the floor. This gave us a clean slate to start from.

This allowed us to construct new stud walls with new door ways and level the ceilings too. This was all plaster boarded and skimmed. We added personal customer requests such as, re-using an old window to make a small porthole in one on the walls. 

Other jobs undertaken were: ripping out an old fire place to be refurbished with a new insert, and adding in roof lights in the top rooms and landing. We also installed an extensive steel jigsaw to allow for a side extension.
